Over the past summer, Forsey Construction helped us renovate our Primary Care location in Cassopolis, MI. The team, in particular Brian Hart, went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed on task and budget. Being that it is a medical office, it was imperative that the renovations occurred off hours, and that we were fully functional the next business day to continue to see patients. The team went above and beyond, and we were able to continue running without much interruption. Additionally, if we had any issues or concerns, they were addressed quickly, and efficiently.

We have received many compliments from staff, patients, and the community for the improvements that have been made. The office has become a place where people are proud to call their medical home.

My wife and I wanted to bring an Einstein Bros. Bagels shop to South Bend. The Kentucky Fried Chicken building on SR23 became available and we jumped at the opportunity. Corporate loved the location but hated the building. We got Forsey Construction involved and they came up with a beautiful design that satisfied both us and corporate. We had a very aggressive schedule that Forsey Construction was able to meet. From design thru completion, Forsey Construction’s team was fun to work with and did an excellent job with the construction and coordination of all of the various sub-contractors involved. We are very happy with our new restaurant and have received many compliments. We plan on growing the business and will definitely use Forsey Construction’s Design/Build services again.

The Summit Club’s dining rooms and corridors were in need of “updating”. We had a design and found a 30 day “window of opportunity” to close the club and get the work done. Forsey Construction was hired as the general contractor based on price, the willingness to meet the schedule and the ability to figure out the logistics of working on the 25^th floor of a high-rise building. Forsey Construction attacked this project working 24 hours a day, using (3) eight hour shifts of manpower.  All removal of debris and supply of new material was moved at night using all four service elevators. The project ran very smoothly and Forsey Construction actually turned the club back over to us three days ahead of schedule. The Summit Club has received may compliments from its members regarding the quality of the craftsmanship and the speed of which the project was completed. We are proud to say that Forsey Construction did the work and would recommend them to anyone seeking a good contractor that can be trusted to keep their word.

The building that I was leasing space in for my salon was sold and slated for demolition. I found a new space to lease but it had been a restaurant before. It was nasty, needed a lot of work and I needed to move in fairly quickly. I was introduced to Forsey Construction and they presented to me a beautiful design for the space. Forsey Construction also gave me a cost estimate and a construction schedule that worked for me and they kept to it. I was amazed to watch that dirty space evolve into my beautiful salon. We moved in and have received countless compliments from our clients. I have since used Forsey Construction on multiple projects and would highly recommend them.
