    Project Description:
    Upgrade the existing Jordan Toyota showroom to meet Toyota Image II requirements. We worked closely with The Jordan Automotive Group, Toyota Motor Corp. and their corporate architect to complete the project. The site design involved over 5 acres of development including parking, extensive drainage, landscaping and lighting. The building design required extensive remodeling of the existing 10,000 sq. ft. showroom and sales offices. The design also required a 28,000 sq. ft. addition for service and waiting. The service addition has 18 service bays including lifts and piped fluids to each bay. The customer lounge boasts many amenities such as WiFi customer business area, massage room, kids play area, retail parts sales, and a fireplace.

    Project Description:
    The adjacent building was torn down giving Gene’s Camera Shop the opportunity to develop an additional façade to their building. We designed a new entrance to tie-in the look of their present entrance. We were also able to develop some additional parking and green space along the new façade.

    Project Description:
    The main purpose of the project was to add the new McCafe equipment to this existing facility. In doing so, the main counter was reworked and the self serve beverage bar was relocated. So as not to disturb the customers, this work was completed at night while the restaurant was closed.

    Project Description:
    Forsey Construction was the primary "local" sub-contractor contracted by a national general contractor to construct the new McDonalds Restaurant. This was a very fast track schedule in which the existing building had to be torn down and a new building built and fully operational in 90 days. Mission Accomplished!
