    Project Description:
    Project phasing was the key to success in this project. Phase one was to demolish an old x-ray room and build a new phlebotomy lab. The owner moved into the new lab allowing us to start phase two, which was to demolish the old lab and construct a patient services office. Phase three was to remodel their waiting room. All work was done “after hours” to minimize patient inconvenience. Other projects at the facility included replacing several windows and reglazing a curtain wall system.

    Project Description:
    Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center bought the old Sobieski Bank headquarters building for Northwest Family Medicine to occupy. We had to convert 15 loan offices into exam rooms, create one procedure room from a conference room and another procedure room from an open office area. The teller line became the check-in and check-out area. The major obstacle was to get plumbing to all of those rooms with a minimal disruption to existing finishes and there was no basement.
