A.E.P. Cook Nuclear Plant
Forsey Construction has worked at the Cook Nuclear Plant since 1996. Exterior projects have included painting, concrete sidewalks, concrete stairs, large equipment pads, window frame repairs and replacement. Interior projects have ranged from small maintenance items, doors and hardware to large area demolition and space reconfiguration that includes walls, ceilings and floors. All labor personnel must pass drug screening and security background checks. Forsey Construction has also completed many projects at A.E.P.’s satellite offices of similar type work.
Bayer HealthCare
Forsey Construction has completed a wide variety of construction projects over the years in both the Mishawaka, IN. Plant and the Elkhart, IN. Plant. These projects include many toilet room upgrades with new finishes and ADA compliance; corridor upgrades which included lighting, ceilings, wall finishes and floor finishes; laboratory spaces, storage areas and loading areas. We have a quality labor group that is able to pass security and become badged for plant access.
The Lebermuth Company Inc.
Lebermuth is a local manufacturing company that produces concentrated fragrances for resale. Forsey Construction was hired to build a two story office and laboratory space within one of their existing large one story warehouse buildings. The office space consisted of individual executive offices as well as administrative space. The laboratory consisted of fragrance storage, mixing and testing spaces. These areas were built next to an existing occupied office space which was required to remain open for business during construction.
